Experience
Dr. Van Sicklen graduated from University of the Pacific Aurthor A Dugoni School of Dentistry in 2011. He then entered a residency program with the Veterans Administration Hospital in Memphis TN. Here he was trained by specialists in the surgical and reconstructive disciplines necessary to help reconstruct and rehabilitate our veterans. He has received awards from both the Academy of Osseointegration and the International College of Oral Implantologists for outstanding casework in implant and reconstructive dentistry.
The Latest Treatments
We go to tremendous lengths to stay current on new and upcoming treatments, while ensuring enough research has been done to vet manufacturer claims. Dr. Van Sicklen regularly attends the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry and the Academy of Osseointegration meetings to stay current on treatment approaches and rationals still in the development pipeline. He also regularly attends and hosts the California Dental Association meeting and is the Immediate past president of the Central Coast Dental Society.
